As Prayer Coordinator, Nicole is entrusted with covering our Donor/Investors, Portfolio Companies, Partner Organizations, and team in prayer. Praying for day-to-day operations and other submitted requests, Nicole loves to intercede and present these needs to the Lord.

Katherine shares her business acumen with Impact Foundation as the Director of Innovation. In this role, she leads The Table investing sessions and educational opportunities for our Donor/Investors. Additionally, Katherine partners with various team members on special projects to create investment products, content, and new initiatives.

As an Accounting Specialist, Noelle supports the Operations team with all things accounting and finance: taxes, asset management, and more. Noelle has a plethora of experience working with nonprofits (start-up and established) and other organizations implementing best practices, sustainable structures, and compliance with accounting standards.

Jeff “Ebi” Ebihara serves as a Senior Advisor, building relationships with Donor/Investors and helping them steward their investments for impact. Given the plethora of “Jeffs” on our team (we’re up to 3 now), we will respectfully call him “Ebi”, his college nickname.

In the last few months, we hit a milestone: investing $500M of charitable capital into companies in 54 countries who aim to create social, economic, and spiritual transformation within their organizations and communities. We also celebrated our eighth birthday as Impact Foundation.

As Mark Twain said: “All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence; then success is sure.” The past 8 years have been full of learning: some lessons came easily, others were hard-earned. Allow us to share a few with you.
