Welcome new Impact Foundation team member, Neil Ahlsten

Neil brings his experience in venture capital and technology to Impact Foundation to help founders and investors work together to create exceptional businesses that share the gospel, make disciples, and create a God-honoring culture.

Neil is also the Managing Partner of 1Flourish Capital, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley that invests in early-stage start-ups and mentors founders with Kingdom-aligned missions.

Previously, Neil managed partnerships and investment processes at Google. He founded Abide Christian meditation, which received funding through Impact Foundation and sold to Guidepost in 2021.

Neil and his wife Nadia live in San Francisco with their four children. Neil loves outdoor adventures, especially backpacking and sea kayaking.
