Elpis Africa
Elpis Africa’s mission is threefold: to improve the health, safety, and economic conditions for small-scale miners in sub-Saharan Africa.
They are accomplishing this goal in part by building miners’ capacity to extract higher yields, raising safety standards in Artisanal Small-Scale Mining, and enhancing cooperatives’ operations–strengthening the local economy.
Elpis provides affordable mining equipment and mining support services, such as mineral exploration and mineral trading services, that effectively enhance productivity, increase miners’ incomes, and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
