Gifted Workmanship

Gifted Workmanship is a property development company based in South Africa. It creates well-built homes and community spaces that cultivate and promote thriving conditions in the communities they serve so that everyone may have an opportunity to grow, thrive, and live lives that glorify God.

Providing turnkey solutions for businesses and families, GWP develops virgin land, plans residential and commercial projects, and constructs mixed-use properties and spaces. They also train and equip other aspiring entrepreneurs and contractors to start up thriving businesses, which, in turn, will provide job opportunities to many who are unemployed in South Africa. 

Gifted Workmanship has built social housing and rental housing in previously marginalized communities. They also desire to build schools, churches, day clinics, and early childhood development centers and to open discipleship opportunities by integrating their development with churches and Christian organizations that seek to advance the gospel.
