Jack’s Cheesecake
Jack's Cheesecake was started by Brent Leach and his autistic son, Jack. Jack's love of making cheesecakes led to selling cheesecakes to friends, family and at local events. Eventually, it became a big enough endeavor for Brent to leave his job and devote his full time to launching Jack's Cheesecake into the enterprise it is to today.
