M6:33 Capital

M6:33 Capital manages an impact investment fund that invests in Kingdom purpose companies. We define these companies as:

  • Business as Mission: Companies that have a Kingdom purpose - a plan for Kingdom impact - that is equal to their financial business plan are in many ways a for-profit ministry. These type of companies exist in every industry and geography.

  • Great Commission Companies: Over two-thirds of the world’s population lives in countries where traditional missionaries are not allowed, and where Christian missions are difficult. Companies that use their business as a platform for sharing the Gospel provide an opening to these countries.

  • Freedom Businesses: Eighty percent of formerly trafficked people, after being rescued and rehabilitated from slavery and exploitation, will re-enter exploitative and trafficked situations. Those that don’t are most often those that are supported by caring and gainful employment opportunities.

  • Christian Media: Christian movies, entertainment and media reach large audiences - often those that would not attend or seldom attend church - with the powerful message of the Gospel.

The M6:33 Capital team has identified and vetted many potential portfolio companies - all of which are Kingdom purpose companies.

  1. Investors invest in the fund using investable resources or Donor Advised Funds.

  2. Investors receive information about potential portfolio companies and are surveyed to determine their interest in these companies.

  3. The M6:33 Capital team sources due diligence from a third-party partner on companies with strong investor interest.

  4. Due diligence and potential deal terms are shared with investors; a majority vote of investors (proportional to their investment amount) is required before all deals are approved.

  5. Capital calls are made once deals are voted upon and approved by investors.

  6. The M6:33 Capital team uses a combination of board members, venture partners, advisors, and/or investors to assist with managing each portfolio company.

  7. All investors will be invited to monthly calls with portfolio companies to hear updates and pray with and for these companies.

  8. The M6:33 Capital team will share quarterly updates with all investors and host an annual investor meeting.

  9. The M6:33 Capital team will use a third party to measure and track Kingdom impacts of portfolio companies.
