In 2017 Chris Hodges and Coburn Murray set out to renovate a home in Raleigh, NC. With years of construction experience between them, ranging from millwork to commercial flooring, their vision quickly expanded. They started with design-build homes, but over time the business grew alongside a broader team of subcontractors and industry professionals into larger scale projects, such as whole community development and full-scale investor services.
After years of proven success in land development, construction, and investment management, Redeeming Development Group is proud to be a full-service real estate development team. As a leader in its native market of Raleigh, RDG possesses the experience and resources to tackle any project, regardless of scale or size.
