One Therapy Network
We are a national network of independent therapy practices that act as one, sharing resources, learning, and growing together. By plugging into their therapy practice platform, members move the responsibilities of running the administrative side of their practice to the network. With their time freed up, they can get back to growing their practices, mentoring their team and taking care of their patients.
The traditional model for running a therapy practice requires the practice owner to be an expert in too many areas. It’s too hard. Too much of our best energy is spent on billing, credentialing, payroll, chasing scripts, managing licenses, dealing with insurance companies, and staying on top of our books.
At the end of the day, there isn’t much of us left for taking care of our patients or our teams. We’ve found a better way.
One Therapy was born out of the challenges that entrepreneur Edwin Brown faced after taking over Therapitas, a struggling Oklahoma City-based bilingual pediatric clinic. At the time, Therapitas was so overwhelmed by the challenges of its day-to-day business operations that it was spending more time on data management than on providing quality care to its patients.
Over the next 5 years, Edwin and his team built a practice management platform that allowed their clinical directors to focus on patient care, team leadership, and growing their business—rather than getting bogged down in the day-to-day minutiae of referrals, insurance, HR, and bookkeeping. Using this platform, Therapitas’ clinical directors flourished and grew the company into the largest provider of pediatric therapy in Oklahoma.
In 2018, Edwin launched One Therapy to help other pediatric therapy providers use the platform to reach their full potential.
