Stoke the Fire

Stoke serves leaders, executives, teams, and companies stoke the fire of what makes them unique and inspires their growth. As the founder, one of Matt Reynolds sweet spots as a leader, developer, discipler, pastor (and now consultant), has been in helping people/teams identify that fire that makes unique. This is the first part of the work. The second part is in leveraging that unique fire to propel their growth as individuals and as a company. This moves clients from a place of understanding their identity and then allowing that identity move them into future destiny.

The ultimate goal for Stoke is to see individuals and teams transformed by the grace of God (outside the walls of the church) through a for-profit consulting vehicle, which will not be viewed by the outside world as a ministry.

Stoke primarily serves clients through individual and team consulting. This consulting will take place through many different vehicles. Current vehicles in use are mastermind groups, retreats, multi-day accelerators, group trainings, 1-on-1 meetings (by zoom, phone, and in-person), and through public speaking.
