The Table is a six-week introductory course for investors to learn how to invest for impact in direct deals and private funds. Together with seasoned investors, we'll discuss deal sourcing, understand due diligence, learn key investment terms, and explore tips and tricks to succeed and avoid pitfalls. It will be a place where we can ask questions and share insights learned along our journey.

Let’s gain the confidence to own our seats at the investing table.

  • The Pitches

We’ll hear pitches from six companies/funds that fit The Table’s thesis of impact-first, faith driven companies with a special focus on investing in women and under-represented founders.

After live Q/A with the founder, our group will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each company. At the end of our six weeks, we’ll vote for our favorites and where to invest our capital pool.

  • The Investments

Each participant will contribute $10,000 of charitable capital to a capital pool that we’ll invest together. (This contribution can be from a donor advised fund, private foundation, or personal check.) Any returns generated from these investments will not be returned to the individual donor investor but will be recycled into future initiatives focused on supporting faith driven women and under-represented founders.
